Keep Your Metabolism Going in the Cold
Sense and reason may initally tell us to rug up when it’s cold. Stay indoors, keep the heater going and hide under the blanket where it’s cozy and warm. But is that going to help us with our weight loss goals? Or help us keep our enegry levels up when we need them?
